As a subsidiary social enterprise of award winning WA youth charity, Dismantle, selected ReNew recruits are referred through our in-house youth workers who have work side-by- side with each young person, having a clear understanding of their work-readiness, reliability and capacity for employment.

Recruits undergo further hands-on training with tools and machinery and complete a stringent OHS induction prior to employment.
